Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

We make every effort to provide our customers with the artworks that look the same as the images displayed on our website pages. However please keep in mind that photographs have a difficult time showing exact colors and that the actual color of an artwork it may vary slightly from what is shown in one of our website images. We work hard to update our website descriptions and images as soon as we aware of noticeable variations in our products that customers may find unacceptable.


Also please be aware that some of the images of digital products are used to show customers the type of item they will be receiving it may var slightly from what is shown in the product image.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

If you sign up for an account with SincereGallery, then you can keep track of all of your recent and past orders via My Account > Orders page. In it you will find useful things like:
● Order Numbers
● Purchase details
● Cost and destination
Also after your purchase you will be receiving an invoice to your email regarding your order

How can I return an item?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products are exempt from being returned:

  • Downloadable digital artworks
  • Custom Designs

Regarding digital products and custom designs, both in the shop > custom designs and Architectural custom design section, all sales are final. Due to the nature of the products, no refunds or returns can be made at this time.

We are unable to make adjustments if a discount code is not applied or refund if you didn’t understand the product you purchased was a digital product.

Please understand that some of the products in this online gallery are digital products. If you purchase these artworks nothing will be shipped.

However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. So if you encounter any issue with one of our files within the 30-day refund policy period, please contact us right away at info@sincereartgallery.com. We will try our best to fix the problem and provide you with a new file. If we are unable to fix the issue, we will offer a refund.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Restocking of items is totally relative and can not be guaranteed for all items in the store. If you are interested in an "out of stock" item please do bring it to our notice by contact us via email and we will get back to you on the availability of the product.
